Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Rachel Evelyn Hair Co. I'm honored to be a part of your hair journey! To ensure every guest receives the best experience possible, please review the following booking policies. Appointments & Deposits Some services require a non‑refundable booking deposit to reserve your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total at the time of your visit. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another guest. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed without notice will result in the loss of any deposit paid. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive an abbreviated service to avoid delaying other scheduled appointments. Pricing Service prices are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, density, product usage, and the time required. Any additional charges will always be discussed before your service begins. Color Services For the best results, please be honest about your hair history, including previous color, box dye, chemical treatments, and medications that may affect your hair. This information helps me provide the safest and most successful service possible. Hair Integrity The health of your hair is my top priority. I reserve the right to modify or refuse a service if I believe it could compromise the integrity of your hair. Service Adjustments Your satisfaction is important to me. If you have concerns about your service, please contact me within 7 days so I have the opportunity to make reasonable adjustments if needed. Refunds are not offered on completed services.
